This past week, the entire CYBRA team gathered in our vibrant Buffalo office. While we relished the warm hospitality of the Queen City, this get-together was about much more than just fun and games. We had a significant mission at hand.

On Monday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the consulting team from Hatchworks AI for an immersive AI workshop. Their presentation was nothing short of captivating, beginning with the fundamentals and quickly advancing into dynamic breakout sessions designed to spark innovative ideas applicable to CYBRA’s solutions and products.

During these breakout sessions, creativity was in full swing! Guided by the AI experts from Hatchworks, our team brainstormed countless ways to integrate AI into our daily operations, drive product innovation, and enhance the customer experience. Some ideas were ambitious moonshots, while others were more practical and immediate. The common thread? An overwhelming enthusiasm to embed AI deeply into CYBRA’s culture.

The excitement and energy in the room was palpable. We left the workshop not only with a wealth of new ideas but also with a renewed commitment to leveraging AI to push the boundaries of what’s possible for CYBRA and our customers.
