MarkMagic 11 – What’s New
MarkMagic barcode labeling software is the easiest way to design and print the barcode labels, electronic forms, reports, and RFID tags you need to communicate with your customers and suppliers.
New Data Sources
MarkMagic now supports source data printing from CSV, XML and JSON files. Print jobs can now be directed to obtain their source data from CSV, XML and JSON files located on the Integrated File System (IFS).
New Print Monitor
With the newly added support for CSV, XML and JSON data input, the MarkMagic Print Monitor addon has been enhanced to allow monitoring of IFS folders for these new file types.
New Output Types
MarkMagic can now print directly to an image file. Your MarkMagic label and form prints can be output as JPG, GIF and PNG files on the IFS. Scaling, rotation and color of the resulting image file is supported as well.
New Language Translation
Define your own custom table of word replacements to assist in multi-lingual label support. *HEADING static text fields on your MarkMagic formats can now be automatically translated to any language that you define.
Zebra Diagonal Lines
Define diagonal lines on Zebra labels. CYBRA makes it even easier for you to now meet ever changing industry compliance mandates.
Save Print Data
Never lose track of vital information! MarkMagic can now save auto-generated data, such as serialized item details, to a file for easy recall. Access unique print data for past items, orders, and more, anytime you need it.
Larger Field Name Size
MarkMagic PI now supports variable field names up to 64 characters, providing more room for detailed, precise data labeling.
XML Structure Support
MMPI print APIs now accept multiple XML structures, including Loftware formatted XML files. This makes transitioning from Loftware to MMPI smoother than ever.
New Core Components
With major updates to core components like Log4j v2, WOW 7.8, and H2 database v2.2, MarkMagic 11 ensures faster, more secure, and more reliable performance.
