Just like you, we have been following the developments of the Coronavirus very closely. First and foremost, the health and well being of our employees, customers, and partners is our top concern.
Let me share with you a story that occurred just a few days ago.
A MarkMagic user was frantic. He sought our assistance in re-routing print output to his company’s employees that were required to work from home because of the pandemic. His company’s need was urgent and immediate. CYBRA Senior Tech Support Engineer, Ken Hunter, calmly walked him through the steps of configuring rules to have MarkMagic redirect invoices, statements, and other forms, to their employees’ email accounts. No programming was necessary. The solution went live in production in less than an hour. The customer was thrilled.
Due to the pandemic, remote working is rapidly becoming the “new normal”. It dawned on us that MarkMagic could play a role in companies transitioning to that mode of operation. We deliberated how CYBRA could best help customers shifting to the remote employee model.
Here’s what we came up with.
We would like to help any customer that needs assistance configuring MarkMagic to create PDF output, emailing or faxing, as required. We will walk you through the process of setting up the Add-ons to accomplish these capabilities. If you already own licenses for the MarkMagic Add-ons that enable these magical features, great. If not, we will enable the Add-ons for you, at no charge. You can continue to use them until the crisis abates.
The MarkMagic Add-ons are already installed and accessible on your machine. To enable them, we will issue you temporary license keys. In addition, our support team will assist you in the steps of redirecting printed output to remote workers at no charge.
